Reversible Addition-Fragmentation Chain Transfer Polymerization on different Synthesizer Platforms

 - Abstract:
 - The reproducibility for different automated synthesizers was investigated on the basis of the reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT)polymerization of methyl methacrylate. Besides the reproducibility within one synthesizer and the comparability between different synthesizers also the effect of different reaction volumes (up-scaling) was investigated and compared to conventional lab experiment.
